一、申请条件Eligibility
1. 非中国籍人士
Be a non-Chinese citizen.
2. 对华友好，无违法犯罪记录，遵守中国政府的法律，法规和学校的规章制度
Be friendly to China, have no criminal record, abide by the laws and regulations of China and the rules and regulations of the Beijing Institute of Technology.
3. 身心健康，品学兼优
Be in good physical and mental health, be in good academic and behavioral standing.
4. 有志于从事中文教育、教学及相关工作
Be interested in Chinese language education and related work.
5. 年龄为16-35 周岁(统一以2025年9月1日计)。在职中文教师放宽至45 周岁，本科奖学金申请者一般不超过25岁
Be aged between 16 and 35 years on September 1, 2025. The maximum age limit for in-service Chinese teachers may be extended to 45.
二、招生类别Categories
1.国际中文教育专业硕士研究生
Scholarship for Master’s Degree in International Chinese Language Education
2025年9月入学，资助期限为2年。申请者需具有大学本科学历。中文水平考试成绩达到HSK（五级）210分、HSKK（中级）60分。提供毕业后拟任教机构工作协议或相关证明者优先。
The program commences in September 2025, and the scholarship is provided for a maximum of two academic years. Applicants shall hold a Bachelor's degree. Applicants shall have a minimum score of 210 on the HSK Test (Level 5) and 60 on the HSKK test (Intermediate Level). Priority will be given to applicants who may provide an employment contract with a teaching institution upon completing their studies in China or proof to the same effect.2
2.国际中文教育专业本科生
（2025年9月入学，资助期限为4年）具有高中学历。中文水平考试成绩达到 HSK(四级)210分HSKK (中级)60分。
The program commences in September 2025, and the scholarship is provided for a maximum of four academic years. Applicants shall hold a senior high school diploma and have a minimum score of 210 on the HSK Test (Level 4) and 60 on the HSKK test (Intermediate Level).
3. 一学年研修生
（2025年9月入学，资助期限为11个月）汉语研修方向（基础汉语、商务汉语），汉语考试成绩达到 HSK (三级) 210分，提供HSKK 成绩者优先。
Chinese Study：The program commences in September 2025, and the scholarship is provided for a maximum of eleven months. Applicants must have a minimum score of 210 on the HSK test (Level 3), and priority will be given to applicants who provide an HSKK test score.
4. 一学期研修生
（2025年9月、2026年3月入学，资助期限为5个月）汉语研修方向（基础汉语、商务汉语），汉语考试成绩达到 HSK (三级) 180分，具有HSKK 成绩。
The program commences either in September 2025 or March 2026, and the scholarship is provided for a maximum of five months. Applicants must have a minimum score of 180 on the HSK test (Level 3), and an HSKK test score is required.
三、办理流程APPLICATION PROCEDURES
第一步：2025年2月20日起，申请者可登录中外语言交流合作中心网站（http://www.chinese.cn）国际中文教师奖学金板块，查询推荐机构与接收院校；在线提交申请材料，
Online registration will be available from Feb 20, 2025 on the Internationa Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship website (http://www.chinese.cn). You may search for Recommending Institutions and Host Institutions, submit application materials online, and track the application process. The successful applicant must confirm with the Host Institutions to go through the procedures of studying in China and register at the Host Institution on the designated date as per the Letter of Admission.
第二步：在UIBE报名系统注册账号并提交所有报名材料https://isa.uibe.edu.cn/en/student/register；报名时选择“自费”项目即可）
Register an account in the UIBE registration system and submit all registration materials. https://isa.uibe.edu.cn/en/student/register. When registering, select the "self funded" option.
第三步：将报名材料发到 degreeinchinese@163.com（学历项目）或 nondegree@163.com（非学历项目）, 邮件标题为“国际中文教师奖学金+英文姓名+护照号”
Send the registration materials to degreeinchinese@163.com (Degree program) or nondegree@163.com (Non Degree program), email subject "International Chinese Teacher Scholarship+English Name+Passport Number"
第四步：关注申请进程、审核意见与奖学金评审结果；奖学金获得者与接收院校确认办理来华留学手续；按接收院校录取通知书规定的时间入学报到。最终结果将于入学前月3个月发布。
Pay attention to the application process, review opinions, and scholarship evaluation results; The scholarship recipient confirms with the receiving institution to complete the procedures for studying in China; Register for enrollment at the time specified in the admission notice from the receiving institution. The final results will be released three months before enrollment.
截止日期(以北京时间为准):
1. 9月入学: 学生申请截止日期为5月15 日，推荐机构接收院校审核截止日期为5月25日
2. 2026年3月: 入学学生申请截止日期为10月31日推荐机构、接收院校审核截止日期为11月10日。
Application Deadlines (Beijing Time):
For programs commencing in September, applicants must complete their applications by May 15, and Recommending Institutions and Host Institutions must complete the review by May 25.
For programs commencing in March 2026, applicants must complete their applications by October 31, and Recommending Institutions and Host Institutions must complete the review by November 10.
四、关于在职中文教师和汉语桥获奖者Policies Regarding In-service Chinese Language Teachers And Chinese Bridge Winners
1. 在职中文教师In-Service Chinese Language Teachers
在职中文教师申请各类奖学金，可提供就职机构出具的在职证明和推荐信，同等条件下优先录取。
In-service Chinese language teachers need to provide proof of employment and aletter of recommendation from the employer.
2. 汉语桥获奖者Chinese Bridge Winners
在各类汉语桥比赛中获得“国际中文教师奖学金证书”者，登录国际中文教师奖学金网站，凭奖学金证书向目标接收院校提交申请材料。
Applicants who have received the International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship Certificate during Chinese Bridge competitions may submit their application documents along with their scholarship certificates to the Host Institutions directly at the International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship website.

五、其他MISCELLANEOUS
1. 一学期研修项目和一学年研修项目原则上不录取3年内享受过同类奖学金的申请者。
In principle, applicants who have received a similar scholarship within three years are not eligible for the One-Semester Study Program or One-Year Study Program.
2.相关专业培养方案与教学课程,可咨询目标接收院校。

3.申请者须了解目标接收院校的具体招生条件及报名截止时间，按照相关规定提交申请材料。
Applicants shall be familiar with the admission criteria and applicationdeadlines ofthe Host Institutions and submit necessary documents accordingly.
4.学历生须参加年度评审，详见《国际中文教师奖学金年度评审办法》。
Degree students are subject to the annual assessment according to the AnnualAssessment Procedures ofthe International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship.
5.相关入学等事宜，请及时联系接收院校。
Please contact the Host Institutions for enrollment matters.
6.入学体检不合格、中途退学及未经许可不按时报到休学等情况，取消奖学金资格。
Students who fail to pass the pre-enrollment medical examination, withdrawfrom school before completing the program, fail to register at the university withoutprior permission, or suspend their studies will be disqualified for the scholarship.
六、附件APPENDIXES
1. 奖学金资助内容及标准Scholarship Coverage and Standard
奖学金资助内容包括:学费、住宿费、生活费(四周研修生除外)和综合医疗保险费。
The scholarship supports tuition, accommodation, living allowance (excludingfour-week study program students) and comprehensive medical insurance.
学费由接收院校统筹用于奖学金生的培养与管理，开展文化活动，组织参加汉语考试等。奖学金线上项目仅资助学费。
The Host Institutions use the tuition fees for the education and management of scholarship recipients, cultural programming and HSK tests. The scholarships for online programs provide support for tuition fees only.
住宿费由接收院校统筹使用，为学生提供免费宿舍一般为双人间；经奖学金生申请、接收院校批准，选择校外住宿者，由学校按月或季度发放住宿费，博士生标准为1000元人民币1月，其他类奖学金生为700元人民币1月。
The Host Institutions use the accommodation fees to provide scholarship recipients with free on-campus accommodation (typically double rooms). Scholarshiprecipients may live of campus upon application and approval from the Host Institutions. Under such circumstances, doctoral students are entitled to anaccommodation allowance of RMB 1000 per person/month, and other students are entitled to RMB 700 per person/month paid on a monthly/quarterly basis by the Host Institutions.
生活费由接收院校按月发放。本科生、一学年和一学期研修生标准为2500元人民币1月；国际中文教育专业硕士生为3000元人民币1月；国际中文教育专业博士生为3500元人民币1月。
The living allowance is paid to the scholarship recipients by the Host Institutionson a monthly basis. The monthly allowance for undergraduates, one-year study program students and one-semester study program students is RMB 2,500 per person; that for master's students in International Chinese Language Education is RMB 3,000 per person; and that for doctoral students in International Chinese Language Education is RMB 3,500 per person.
奖学金生按接收院校录取通知书规定的时间入学报到，否则取消奖学金资格。当月15 日(含15 日)前到校注册者，当月发放全额生活费；15 日以后注册者，当月发放半月生活费。
Scholarship recipients must register with the university within the period stipulated in the Letter of Admission. Otherwise, the scholarship will be revoked. Students registered before the 15th (inclusive) of the month are entitled to the full allowance of that month, while those who are registered after the 15th are entitled to half of the amount.
奖学金生在学期间(不含寒暑假)因个人原因离开中国时间超过 15 天者，停发离华期间生活费。奖学金生因个人原因休学、退学或受接收院校纪律处分者，停发自休学、退学或接到处分通知之日起的生活费。毕(结)业生的生活费发放至学校确定的毕(结)业日期后的半个月。
If a scholarship recipient leaves China for more than 15 days for personal reasons during the study period (excluding summer and winter vacations), the living allowance during the period of absence from China will be suspended. If a scholarship recipient is suspended or withdrawn from school for personal reasons or is subject to disciplinary action by the Host Institution, the living allowance from the date of suspension, withdrawal, or notification of disciplinary action will be suspended. The living allowance for graduating students is paid until half a month after thegraduation date set by the Host Institution.
综合医疗保险费参照中国教育部来华留学有关规定执行，由接收院校统一购买。四周研修生标准为 100元人民币/人，一学期研修生为 400 元人民币/人，一学年以上标准为 800 元人民币1年/人。
The comprehensive medical insurance is purchased by the Host Institutions inaccordance with applicable regulations on overseas students stipulated by the Ministryof Education of China. The insurance premium for four-week study program studentsis RMB 100 per person, that for one-semester study program students is RMB 400 CNYper person, and that for students studying more than one year is RMB 800 perperson/year.
2. 奖学金申请材料清单List of Application Materials
一、与所有申请者有关的证明材料：
1. 护照照片页扫描件。
2. HSK、HSKK 成绩报告(有效期两年)扫描件。
3. 推荐机构负责人的推荐信。
A. For all applicants
a)A scanned copy ofthe passport photo page,
b) A scanned copy of score reports of the HSK/HSKK tests (within the two-yearvalidity);
c)A reference letter by the head of the Recommending Institution.
二、与学历生有关的证明材料：
4. 提供最高学历证明(毕业预期证明)和在校学习成绩单。
5. 国际中文教育专业硕士须提供两名副教授以上职称导师的推荐信。提供毕业后拟任教机构工作协议者优先资助。
B. For degree program applicants
d) A certificate of the highest diploma (or proof of expected graduation) and anofficial transcript,
e)A Master's degree in International Chinese Education must provide recommendation letters from two associate professors or above. Priority funding will be given to those who provide a work agreement with the intended teaching institution after graduation.
三、在职中文教师须附上就职机构出具的在职证明和推荐信。
In-service Chinese language teachers shall provide proof ofemployment and areference letter from the employer.
四、未满 18 周岁的申请者，须提交在华监护人署名的委托证明文件。
Applicants under 18 shall provide certified documents ofdesignation signed bytheir entrusted legal guardians in China.
五、申请者还须提供接收院校要求的其他证明材料。
Applicants shall provide additional documents as required by the HostInstitutions.
